Eligibility
US citizens are eligible for a foreign enrolled loan if they plan to enroll at Casper College. If you are at another school in the Dominican Republic or elsewhere, check out the complete eligibility list to see if we work with your school. Our loans are only available for US citizens and US permanent residents abroad and non-US citizens in the US. If you are a non-US citizen studying at a school outside the US, we unfortunately do not have a foreign enrolled loan for you.
US Cosigner
While US citizens are not required to apply for a foreign enrolled loan without a cosigner, the addition of a cosigner can increase the likelihood of getting approved and it can lower your interest rate. This cosigner must be a US citizen or permanent resident who has lived in the US for the past two years with good credit.
